About · Edition 2026
Named for the stone and the pixel.
lithopixel keeps creative work the way a print shop keeps its plates: pressed, numbered and never written over. The name says how.
The name
Two voices, one record.
litho
The stone. Lithography prints from a stone plate, and what it prints is permanent, pressed and editioned. It is the serif half of the wordmark.
pixel
The smallest unit of a digital image, where the work lives now. It is the pixel-built half of the wordmark, followed by the registration bars: the press operator's colour strip, pressed into a 4×4 grid.
Principles
How the record behaves.
-
01
The creative is the figure; the product is the ground
lithopixel is near-black stone with hairline edges. Layers separate with a lighter ground and a 1px line, never a shadow. Colour belongs to the artwork and to six signals, each with one job: cyan for action, magenta for live, yellow for proof, red for rejected, lime for approved, blue for archived. Every signal carries a word as well as its colour.
-
02
Pressed, not posted
Records are immutable. A creative is pressed into a plate with a number and a date, and that plate does not change. The language, the stamps and the registration corners all say the same thing: this was pressed on this date and will stay as it is.
-
03
Pixel-exact
Every comparable number is set in mono with tabular figures, with its unit and its precision: 4.6K clicks, $26.6K revenue, +12.4%. Grids snap to four pixels and corners are square or barely softened. Nothing drifts.

Who it is for
Agencies and the clients they work for.
An agency presses its work into lithopixel. Its clients approve proofs, follow editions as they run and read the numbers beside each plate. Both sides look at the same record, and the record does not change underneath them.
When a campaign closes, its plates stay where they were pressed. A year later you can still open plate 0042, see who approved it and what it earned.
